I never could “dissect” things…I loved animals too much (even slimy frogs)…needless to say, biology wasn’t my main subject.  I do, however, like to dissect food.  It’s the hidden surprise on the inside that gets me.  I mean, who would have thought an artichoke had such an intricate network for guts?  Pears were a given…
