Can you imagine getting married at this beautiful church?!   The original image has already been sold, but prints are now available in the The Ink Lab.

The sweetest bride commissioned the original sketch of this charming church in St. Francisville, Louisiana. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the structure, the stained glass, and the azaleas… maybe one day I’ll get to visit!  Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hand Watercolored and Signed Prints are now available in TheInkLab!

I’m working on a series of Isle of Hope sketches, and very thrilled to have the new Pink Door Gift Boutique in Norwood Market carrying the prints.  If you haven’t checked them out, they have an eclectic mix of gifts, and having just opened a week ago, I’m sure there’s much more to come.  Thanks Christy and Teresa for your continued support of my work!

A tight-knit community with deep roots.  The United Methodist Church is quite the fixture there.

Some of you may know this as the place where she got married.  From what I hear, the popularity of this locale since, has soared…(rumor has it, only 2 weekends left in 2010 for a wedding)  Is it any surprise that this sketch is the foundation for some custom wedding invitations?
