Good things, yes?

Well, I hope you all have a lovely weekend!  We’re off to Hilton Head for some time with Nick’s mom…it will be a welcomed break from all the promo-madness…

Etsy is such a wonderful medium for meeting new artists!  I received a “convo” from etsy seller, PaperMichelle, that she had included me in her fabulous guacamole treasury…(clever idea, I know)…

Anyhoo…I thought I’d take a peek at the PaperMichelle shop, and boy did I find some gems, perfect for you little love birds out there.  All of Michelle’s cards are intricately hand-cut…no die cutters around here!

Delightful aren’t they?  I hope you’ll take a moment to visit her shop, PaperMichelle.etsy.com and show her some love.

In addition to the loss of my beloved RockStar Reds and Eat Your Greens series, seems my printer will no longer be able to accommodate the 8×10 size either…eeek!

While I’ve enjoyed this journey from the Southern Girl’s Cookbook, to the Taste of the Month with Skirt!, and ultimately their last hoorah at The Produce Stand, I’m thinking it’s time to move in a new direction.  Time to get back to my painting roots, and come up with a new series to keep me up at night.

Fret not, my foodie loving friends… your collections just became a  little more exclusive!  These were produced in very limited editions, so if you’ve been pondering that Fish for Dinner, now’s the time to click click buy!

I’ve gone global!

December 4, 2008

I’m off to the post office today…gotta get those Vayda Christmas cards in the mail…Better yet, I’m shipping a true taste of the south, Saundra Kay’s Okra & Tomatoes, all the way to Canada!  It’s my first international sale, and I’m thrilled to pieces…can’t you tell?  Anywho, it’s got me so giddy,  I’ve decided to keep the Original Foodie Prints marked down to $35 until the new year…$35!!!  That’s $20 off the regular price, so help a sister out! The more I clean house, the more room I have to paint in this studio.

Oh and how’s this for a little customer appreciation?  I love this combo of Foodie Prints…

Thanks to all of you who have helped my business continue to grow!  Much love!

Fat-Free Fruitcake that is! Check them out over at The Produce Stand. Oh yeah, did I mention they make their debut at only $15!  And well…it wouldn’t fair to have Rockstar Reds on Sale without ALSO running the $15 sale on the Eat Your Greens series…so go shop around and have some fun!  Hope you like!
