I imagine Irene has made this landscape a little less peaceful over the past 2 days.

Forsyth Park Fountain, Whitefield Square Gazebo and Candler Live Oak themed wedding invitations are finally here!  Thanks to all of the sweet Low Country brides that got me motivated to build on my wedding collection.  It’s been a true pleasure working with each and every one of you, and I can’t wait to see wedding pictures!

Hope you all have a safe and lovely Memorial Day Weekend!

It’s here!  The Southern Bride’s version of the Thumbprint Tree! A moss-draped Live Oak, (subliminal heart included), with plenty of room for your loved ones to leave their mark.  A modern alternative to the traditional wedding guest-book, that usually finds itself buried on a shelf.  So wish I had thought of this for our day!

Some days I don’t know where the hours go?  This time of year seems to move so fast!  Just a quick reminder that today is the last day to take advantage of the SALE at The Produce Stand.  So be sure to EAT YOUR GREENS! In other exciting etsy news, I’d like to introduce you to Coastal Gems. My Granny…(the one I so affectionately named this painting after), and her dear friend Teena have opened shop on Etsy!  They’re selling some fabulous jewels, ornaments, and adornments inspired by the sea, and I hope you’ll all take a moment to show their shop some love.

So I’m putting the finishing touches on the McIntosh Manor B&B site…still waiting for my client to supply me with some much needed photos, but forging ahead without them for the moment. If it comes down to it, I might just take the lack of photos as an opportunity to drive down there and take the pics myself…and enjoy some time in the country, of course! (Sometimes I crave the excuse that my cell phone has no signal.) Anywho…I love putting the “finishing touch” on any project. The most glorifying part of wrapping a present, is topping it off with a hand-made bow right? Gotta love the details.
