Isle of Hope United Methodist Church Watercolor Painting
October 12, 2010
I’m working on a series of Isle of Hope sketches, and very thrilled to have the new Pink Door Gift Boutique in Norwood Market carrying the prints. If you haven’t checked them out, they have an eclectic mix of gifts, and having just opened a week ago, I’m sure there’s much more to come. Thanks Christy and Teresa for your continued support of my work!

Secret Valentine #2
February 18, 2010
It’s always fun to paint something that you would fancy in your own home. It’s even more fun to paint it, knowing that it’s a special Valentine’s Day surprise. And, as if it could possibly get any better, I got to paint it for the oh so talented Jade McCully. Trust me, her photos will be much better than my sneak peek below…but you get the idea…

I think I’m destined to have one someday…although, I’m sure Ms. Vayda would not approve.

…and loving every minute of it! Here’s a completed ink…(you saw the proof a few days back)…turned out quite nicely I think. I dropped off another ink today, and sent one over to Turtle Creek to have printed on notes. Ah, I love the onset of Christmas madness!
